What inspired you to launch your own website?
So that we revolutionise recruitment search and select.

About September 2008. YOU Global.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Hmm. A bolt of inspiration late at night. It just came.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
It's still under development, but over the coming months our visitors will see some exciting online recruitment options.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
A central focus and hub for our global recruitment business.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We're really still in the investment stage. Time will prove our model works.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
In too many ways to mention. Now that would be a dream come true. Let me at that cash!
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Absolutely. We have built, and are building, the infrastructure from the ground up.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Delays with technology development, and a global downturn impacting heavily on recruitment as a business.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Rapid development of our in-house database, which will interact with our web site. It needs to be rapid, but it's slow.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Job advertisements.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It hasn't really.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Almost a year. This is a long term project, but in a worse case scenario, we'd sell it.
