    California struggles to create jobs as tax revenues plummet

    Although the economic downturn has taken its toll on many throughout all states in the nation, it would appear than none have fallen so far as the once golden state of California. Last week Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger found himself focusing his State of the State address on the same issue he focused on when he took office six years ago - jobs. California has been fighting the same battle since 2004 but right now they are very much losing.
