I agree that it is really important that student taking any course should undergo the on the job training or the OJT. This hands on training will help them experience the actual work in the office. This will also entail some learning experience on their end that they can definitely apply in their work or jobs later on. It will be difficult on the part of the employers to start training some fresh graduates that is why they would sometimes opt to pirate old employees from other companies. I hope this will be taken cared of.
