How to Solve Workplace Conflicts

In a workplace, especially large ones, it is not impossible to have conflicts between you and your boss, or between you or your colleagues, or you and your clients. However, just like any other problem, workplace problems can be solved with proper knowledge of handling such situations.

These kinds of situations are not usually discussed in orientations before being a regular workforce member, as companies usually show that they are happy families (even though they are not.)
