The disabled who are willing to work despite their handicaps deserve to be rewarded for their strengths instead of punished for their weaknesses. What the government is doing in giving the disabled less than a minimum wage is inexcusable. I would understand if it were private companies and business paying less as they are also under a lot financial pressure from worker's unions, taxes, and making ends meet themselves, but the government?--the same government that wastes millions on the military budget and other inflated programs?
What is a government's job but to care for its citizens?--ALL its citizens.
