1) You didn't have any detailed interview.
2) The salary to too high (US$15,000+ /month).
3) You have to pay any fees for a "visa" or anything else.
Legitimate companies should have all that information for you, do a real interview, pay a reasonable salary (not some windfall) and not make you pay any fees.
