Job Discrimination Among Overweight Women

Today we can't just avoid discrimination in the society even at times you need to get a job. I feel sad to know that women who are thinner get higher salary than those who weigh a lot. But somehow it has also a good point, because as we work we really need to be attractive to our customers as well so it is important to maintain a good figure, pleasing personality, and confidence. But I hope weight won't be a strong factor for checking women's potential because it will also be unfair for deserving women who have average weight or overweight.
