Fights, quarrels, misunderstandings and such things are not very uncommon at places where people meet and interact be it work place or home. But its not very common to find people with good common-sense to deal with this common problem. Nevertheless there is a place where you could learn to manage conflict within a day - actually 24 hours spread over several days as short lessons - so better learn before you fight.[link]

Work Is Worship say the old and the wise and this is true as well. But what would you do if you have a conflict situation at the place where you work?
